CIPP Pipe Lining
Cure a new pipe wall inside the existing lateral. Most Tri-Cities jobs work from a cleanout or one small access, not a trench across the yard.
Restore the lateral from a cleanout or small access when the host pipe can support a liner.
Cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) builds a continuous new wall inside a damaged sewer lateral. A resin-saturated liner is inverted or pulled into place and cured, sealing cracks, joints, and many root intrusions. On finished Coquitlam lots, lining often avoids opening the full surface path. Camera inspection confirms whether the host pipe can support a liner before anyone digs.
